As the first quarter of 2021 comes to a close, we look into the performance of the leading personal finance applications in the United States on unified platforms. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers an overview of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these budgeting and planning tools.

Rocket Money - Bills & Budgets saw a starting week with downloads at approximately 175K and weekly active users at around 765K. However, there was a downward trend with downloads decreasing to about 76K and active users dropping to nearly 678K by the end of the quarter. Revenue also showed a decline from $120K to $76K.

Mint: Budget & Expense Manager experienced a surge in downloads early in the quarter, peaking at around 142K, but ended with a slight decrease to approximately 49K. Cleo: Up to $250 Cash Advance had downloads starting at around 13K, dipping mid-quarter to 4.9K, and then slightly recovering to 6.6K. Weekly active users experienced a decline from 177K to 158K.
